How I Started:
I started in the Navy with the help of some friends but quit for a few years. I started back up when I started going to school again and decided I wanted to play football semi professionally.
Why I Love It:
I love the growth. And I absolutely love the pain and soreness the day off and the following few days. I love when it hurts to walk because of an intense leg workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sports and being able to see a change in my body, both physically and on paper.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Do it for yourself and no one else and you will definitely get much farther.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Pyramid Scheme - 12, 10, 8, 6..The first couple sets are great warmups and the last two are great for growth.
