Overall Goal:  Gain another 25 lbs, maintain for a couple months and then cut to about 5% body fat. I want to be standing at 190 Lbs and 5% within a couple of years.

How I Started:
Went to the gym to get "toned" and the 6 pack and met some body builders. They started taking me under their wing and I was hooked after that.
Why I Love It:
It is my release from every day stresses. I love seeing my limits and pushing past them, too. There is nothing like it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Its my playground. Many people see it as work. I see it as fun.
BB Accomplishments:
I am just under 5'9" and weighed 143lbs and now weighing in at 180lbs.
