Overall Goal: My goal is to be a solid 200lbs, lean, quick and stronger as each month goes by. I've always been small, (125lbs) so when I started lifting, It was kind of embarrassing watching me work out. But now I'm 181 and a lot stronger.

How I Started:
I've always been short (5'7) and Skinny (125lbs at one point). I joined the US Army right out of high school, so I was very cocky and kind of immature. Being small and skinny was not much of a problem for me in the Army, because I was really fast, but after a couple of years working with some really big and fast guys, I was humbled and started to feel small, mentally and physically. I started going to the gym with my Battle Buddy "Big H" but I could never get a consistent rhythm because I was so small. I didn’t feel like a belonged there, so I quit before I ever got any positive results. A couple of years passed and I started getting very depressed, I wanted to be bigger. On my second deployment to Iraq, my job was extremely stressful; I needed some stress relief so I found my way to the Gym again. Somehow, this time it stuck. I ended up going almost every day; I only missed when my army mission conflicted. By the end of the deployment I was almost twice as strong and I had gained about 20 lbs. I've been going consistently since and have seen great results. I'm defiantly bigger and more confident.
Why I Love It:
Sometimes it’s the only time I have to concentrate on myself. When I go to the gym, I turn on my mp3 player and forget about everyone and everything except myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by giving 100% evertime I work out, then the results do the rest.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from being the guy that doesnt belong in the guy, to "Damn, is that little guy really going to lift that much weight"
