Looking in the mirror and being 220! Being a mom motivated me even more to be healthy again.
Why I Love It:
I <3 working out, every time I leave the gym I feel more positive and the feel accomplished when I meet one of my fitness goals.

I became a BIG girl when I got pregnant.Being so over weight was horrible on my self-esteem and I am so proud that I have lost 40 lbs so far. Now I am going to lose the last 15 and build muscle tone. The area that needs most improvement are my thighs and a Jessica Biel booty would be fabulous. I would like to be 160 pounds and 15% body fat.

Glad you are doing good. I know what you mean about not progressing as fast as you would like to and tweaking the diet. That is the same way for me, but I don't have cheat days. But in a little over two months I will be able to control my diet better and work out more.
