When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I have always been a strong advocate of working out and maintaining a healthy life. When I graduated high school I was a lean 170 lbs. Then I got to college...and jumped to a massive (overweight) 230 lbs. I was sick of myself. I decided to enroll in a physique development class at San Marcos Athletic Club. Bobby, the owner, showed us proper technique and diet tips. After a while I decided to commit myself to a life of health and bettering/developing my body and mind.
Why I Love It:
The pump and euphoria I get from hitting up the gym is satisfaction enough. Seeing results is an added bonus.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by a picture I keep in my gym bag from when I weighed 230 lbs. I will never go back unless it's muscle. Also my diet not to indulge in alcohol, sweet, pizza, and other junk foods. Looking back and knowing I dont have to have it.
BB Accomplishments:
The two major acomplishments I have are losing 60 lbs. of dead weight and ripping up to 185 lbs. with a decently low percentage of body fat.
The amount of dedication he puts into his health and fitness is above and beyond anyone I know. Plus, I have been wanting to get a sleeve done and his is pretty sick.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
More machines and free weights.
Pros- more ways to lift and exercise (can vary the routine).
Cons- People get in the way or take over a machine that you're working on.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
It's all up to the person on what they want and are loking for.
Well I decided to up the progress by trying out hypnotism. I have to say it was a very helpful technique...I really got alot out of it. If anyone has any questions please ask...I would highly recommend utilizing this process.
