How I Started:
When I was 13 I wanted to look good for the ladies. My dad bought me a bench and all I did was curl, bench and leg curls. I began to love the feeling of power I got when doing curls. Now my workout program is a lot better.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, getting new PR's, people accusing you of using steroids(I'm not even big)and them asking you what is your workout plan?

Watching World's Strongest Man, reading Milo and Iron man, looking good, getting stronger

I want to have a 600 lb deadlift at 200 lbs 10% bodyfat. My main goal is to get stronger and compete in powerlifting at a high level and have a muscular body. I also want to acheive a body weight snatch(almost there!)

Nice job man. I was up to 216 and than I stop and been leaning down all summer. really gained a lot of muscle layers. Working on strength now. Check out my new pictures, I got some great size going.
Yeap, made it too 200 in bulk, not leaner down to the 190's. That just 1 RPM max. Still at 275 for normal workout work. Goal for summer-get strogner and leaner!!
well I competing from 14-17 and was a 148lber. My best lifts were a 462 squat, 318 bench and 530 deadlift at 17 and 148. I was strong scrawny little runt :)
Train with a partner is the best way, and also since ive started personal training ive learnt alot. but doing strenght only training (low reps, heavy weight) helps get ur lifts up there
I've just started out this diet...i hv planned this diet by taking 17cals/Lb & Pro-40%,Carbs-50%,Fat-10%...i m also planning to include Creatine Mono frm tomorrow.
