Saw myself in some wedding pictures, and just thought to myself wow I really need to change my Lifestyle, now its a hobby and my body is a work in progress, I enjoy the pain.
Why I Love It:
The pain the commitment, the satisfaction of helping other people, but most of all to see what I can become myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't show myself the results, keep testing how far I can go, try to work as hard as I can to get sore again!
I set small-large goals and reach as far as I can.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 72 pounds in cuts over a year and a month.
Lose more fat then build my body! gotta love the pain
Goal (Long):
I want the Naturally muscular Physique I enjoy working out, and helping people that ask for it, this last year has changed allot in my life, but not quiet my confidence yet.
That’s I believe me not letting myself reap the benefits of what I've changed for myself, for fear I might stop this good work.
I've always been a big guy, just realized how bad it got a year ago, and that I had to change it, and do it right, Slow and steady. Cutting the fat not the muscle, now if I could only get those love handles of brown fat to go away!
So far so good, Interesting taste, but I'm loosing a pound a day, Doing a HIT program 45mins 5on 5off wearing an under-armor wick with a cotton tee over the top to collect the sweat, and I'm staying hydrated, keeping my heart-rate well under 180, so its throwing me off abit, losing a pound a...
