Been trying to get the hang of the whole resistance training. I'm not sure I like it though cause I'm so use to the free weights. But change is good.lol. Good luck with your competition. well there is that chance, but thats why you do infrequently. try to stick with the cardio in the am and the eat the slow burning stuff to keep u going. im not saying this'll work for you, but its worth the shot you know
Whoa! World Championships? Thats awesome! I don't know that much about Taekwando, but I have always been intrigued with the martial arts world. Mainly cause I could never do it. I'm just not built for it. Lol. Powerlifting is my thing :) Is Taekwando your passion? Are you a certified assassin? BTW, You could definitely pass for the status of a fitness model. No one would argue against that. :)
Hey You! :) Sorry to hear about your foot. I know how you feel, I'm recently back from a torn bicep muscle. Sometimes injuries can affect you more mentally than physically. But you seem like a TOUGH chick! :) Just stay positive you know? You'll be back on top of your game in no time!! :) You mentioned it was a competition, are you a fitness model? :)
