How I Started:
Took a bodybuilding class at school. Learned nothing and was taught to use bad form to add more weight, needless to say I hurt my back pretty badly.
Why I Love It:
I like becoming stronger and feeling masculine.
How I Stay Motivated:
The motivation to add weight, as well as thinking someone somewhere is doing it better, keeps me pumped.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major. I've noticed an almost immediate change in my legs and back, just waiting for my arms, chest, and shoulders to catch up =D
