How I Started:
I got started when a coworker had told showed me some of his progress pictures, and asked me to come with him a couple days a week. Ever since I have been addicted.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. Everyday when I go, I leave feeling like I have accomplished something!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress in myself, and in others on here, as well as the professional world of bodybuilding.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
start making short term goals. Keep them within reach so that they are sometimes easier to accomplish, this way you will feel better about yourself the more goals you accomplish to stay motivated!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
60-90 secs. I find this way I am able to keep my training within a reasonable time frame, and keeps my heart pumping!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form, trying to lift way out of weight range.
