I was in a bad car accident and damaged my hip. The months being off my feet I had gained quite some weight. I got up to about 335lbs. Once I recovered I had to get the weight off it just didn't feel right on me.
Why I Love It:
It makes my day. I get up looking forward to working out. I love the pump and the pain. The body transformation doesn't hurt. LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
Being motivated has always been easy for me, I don't need a workout partner but having one would be nice because my poundages are starting to get ridiculous. Haha.
BB Accomplishments:
The biggest thing I'm prouud of is putting 2 inches on my calves. Genetically they have always been small. But I'm working on it.

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to take off ten more pounds of fat while I am still growing muscle. I also am trying to increase my running endurance to over 3.5 miles. I want to get back to my Marine Corps time and endurance with being much bigger. I can't wait.
For the past month I have used the 300 workout that you hear so much about to supplement my regular workouts and I have to say that I am happy with the results. I am a little under 280lbs and I can now do the workout in about 25 minutes which isn't blazing speed but very consistent. Now its...
