I am a short guy, have acne on my face, foreigner and overweight, my ankles started to give out last year. That’s enough reasons to get me thinking about changing my life style around and transform my self into something new. My biggest motivation that pushed me to this point was I always, as far as I can remember, wanted to become a personal trainer for some reason, I just love the idea of being fit and helping other to reach their full potential, but first I need to reach mine.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after a workout knowing that you did something good for your self, I don’t cheat when I work out, I go all the way and that makes me feel good about myself. To see some results you need at least 12 weeks of training but in two days I noticed that my self esteem went up and I was happy even though nothing was showing yet I felt like a different person.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well now that I have a partner it’s easier, but the thing that motivates me the most is me in the mirror and complements from other people on how I changed so far.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 30lb since last years ankle problem and gained some muscle but that before I started going to the gym which I just joined in April, so that was my accomplishment so far.

I've been getting happier and happier with every pound lost and i dont want this feeling to stop, i like the fact that im fitting in smaller clothes and shopping is fun, now my goal is not only to lose weight but become a body builder and compete on professional level someday.

haha it truly is an art though- or more like a balancing act. one cannot be overtrained than the other...that's actually how i tore my shoulder...i had really weak delts and strong tris- heavy weight did not work out so well...haha.
ah it's hard- I need to get lats caught up with the rest of my back, I've accidentally been going too heavy and not getting into them as much...bodybuilding is such an art haha

Yeah, chest day does a lot of shoulder work too. How about if you swap shoulders for a later day to give it more rest? But pain like that isn't a good sign.
