When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I am a short guy, have acne on my face, foreigner and overweight, my ankles started to give out last year. That’s enough reasons to get me thinking about changing my life style around and transform my self into something new. My biggest motivation that pushed me to this point was I always, as far as I can remember, wanted to become a personal trainer for some reason, I just love the idea of being fit and helping other to reach their full potential, but first I need to reach mine.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling you get after a workout knowing that you did something good for your self, I don’t cheat when I work out, I go all the way and that makes me feel good about myself. To see some results you need at least 12 weeks of training but in two days I noticed that my self esteem went up and I was happy even though nothing was showing yet I felt like a different person.
How I Stay Motivated: It’s very hard for me to stay motivated, well now that I have a partner it’s easier, but the thing that motivates me the most is me in the mirror and complements from other people on how I changed so far.
BB Accomplishments: I lost 30lb since last years ankle problem and gained some muscle but that before I started going to the gym which I just joined in April, so that was my accomplishment so far.

let me explain what happened to me and why my last appearance on bb.com was all the way in May. I failed...school started, i got sick a lot of personal problems so i skiped couple gym days then weeks and then just never went back on top of it i gained almost 20lb and reached a 200lb mark,...
