How I Started:
I got started because I had a backache when I was driving a car. I came at gym to do some exercises for my back and I realised that I weak.
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence and health. I love to be in good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
First of all, I'd like to see how will I look like. Secondly, my buddy motivates me as well as bodyspace
