How I Started:
I got started lifting when I played football in college. Afterwards, it just became part of my routine. I feel bad if I am away from some type of working out for a long period of time.
Why I Love It:
The pump you get. The transformation that can take place if you keep it up. The health benefits.

Yuck. Inconsistant workouts. Losing battle stated in goal. Basement (gym) is being worked on. Can't workout down there.
