25th birthday

So I turned 25 already... was pretty scary... I got anti-age lotion from my friends - can you believe that? :) Yes, this present was just a joke, but still... Next year I will get marry and then what? - family and kids, and no time for myself. That's what i am affraid of. I am afrraid that I will not have time for myself, for light cross at the early mornings, hard trains at evenings, brunch with friends on Sundays. I am affraid to loose my body, to loose will to keep on my daily routine... The only thing that inspires me - profiles of those ladies at bodybuilding.com who have two, three or ev...

What's wrong with sushi???

This question appears to me while reading others profiles in BodySpace.  In a question "Most favourite cheat food?" there was an answer - SUSHI.  What's wrong with sushi? Well, I don't know anything about sushi in stores or Japanese  restaurants, but I am making it at home. I am not sure what is wrong or unhealthy there. I am going to share my recipe. For sushi I need sushi rice, rice vinegar, salmon, cucumber and seaweed leaf. So what is wrong with any of these ingridients? Well maybe they do not work together? In any case...

I guess there is no better feeling then having a hot shower after 2 hours train on the mat. I am so relaxed and tired at the same time sitting in  the hot shower. Judo makes me feel soooooooo good. My sleep will be awsome. Will I have enough will to wake up at 5.30 a.m for cardio? Not sure :) Well, I will not change this feeling to anything in the world. Light ache of muscles, feeling how blood flow to the muscles and fingers.....Great day was today  :)

Blase46 I'm the same way..the diet is killing me. So hard to stay as strict as I should. My training stay mostly the same all year.I vary the weight and exercises every couple months to change it up. Do you change your routine up often? Jul 21, 2010 1:21pm

Blase46 You have a solid foundation, so you probably don't see your results as easily as an outsider will since you see yourself everyday.
