My Workout Program
At the moment I'm doing a 4 day a week workout, focusing on different body groups each workout day. I also give myself 1 day break between workouts.
I aim to do 12 reps a set (minimum of 3 sets), but when I increase the weight I start with 8 reps per set.
I'm not going to list the program because it changes each week... I do this to shock the bodies muscle memory, to allow for other similar muscle groups to be tested at the same time (really helps in cutting/toning muscles), and to keep me from getting bored.
I'm also quite strict on how may seconds/minutes break I take between sets... I'll often take my stop watch and time each break.
