How I Started:
wanted to start working out to become more muscular to be physically stronger in sport such as rugby and league, and work toward becomming ripped.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the pain you get after a hard workout. And seeing the effects of dedication and effort. Seeing my lats increase in size was the first thing I noticed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay moticated by seeing people my age or less that are bigger then me. I also get mates of mine to come to the gym with me.

My muscles are getting bigger well i aint training that often and eating enough protein but i am just aiming to improving my pyshique slowly. Clean diet. mid rang exercise. Need to start thinking about coursework more now so i am going to focus on that.
Easily change my diet and exercise programme but not crazy. U know. Aim to increase muscle mass by 10% for example.Small goals.
Dude thats a sweet tat... u gunna add on to it? The best one ive seen was Ben Harper he has his arms and back done with reds and blues its sick check it out.
