There is nothing better than seeing changes in my physique.I love being able to wear any type of clothing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Spent the last 7 months eating and drinking to excess, getting it out of my system so to speak... yes 7 months...I know. All was not lost and I'm even more jacked about getting back to Iraq shape and beyond.
BB Accomplishments:
I look like a human now instead of 10 lbs of shit stuffed in a 5 lb sack. Made weight standard for the first time in my Army career July 14 2007

Made the decision to right my wrongs and start taking care of myself and my future. About 198 lbs.
Get the abs back. Still see 'em under there, but need to have those cuts. Shoulders and Bi's as well
Goal (Long):
Maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue to improve my physique. My new job in corrections demands fitness and strength so, I'd also like to retire from the Army in 15 years. Taking care of my body will be ESSENTIAL in reaching that goal.
The guys and girls who use the power and squat racks to do bicep curls with just the olympic bar. Granted, I only squat 225, but when the 19th and 20th reps come around, it's nice to know I can just lean the weight forward if necessary. It's this safe feeling that allows me to really push...
Next goal? Beating my last PT score this week (I am IRR, but I am taking the test with my Soldiers in my civilian job) then 3 weeks to my trifitness competition. Stay safe... working hard to support you!
sorry anthony, missed your question somehow. best advice i can give you for simple delt work is gonna be d-bell lateral raises, bent-over raises for rear delts, and d-bell front raises w/ varied grips (palms facing down, palms facing towards each other).
No dumplings for me!!! One time deal... But that means no more biscuits and gravy for you.. Were in this together and I have a lot more to go then you, sorry..
I am changing up my routine. I am joining an aerobics class on Tue and Thurs. Then on the other days I will keep my same gym routine. I am also adding a night time aerobics and toning video of 30 min every single night. Do you think that will speed things up for me?
I suppose he was your dog just as much as mine.
I don't delete you do...Of course you are still on my page you started me out in this whole thing.
Are you ok?
