How I Started:
Had a few mates who were fitness instructors and luved the scene,seeing dexter jackson and saw flex lewis and just saw inspiration there.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and seeing the gains and feeeling the burn.love the aspect of the diet/making new workout plans/finding out new information and meeting new people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes in my body. Setting goals and achieving them. The happy feel and helps me build on my confidence and having model shoots and seeing/hearing the improvements.
BB Accomplishments:
My Accomplishment would be to get on the front on Men's Health or on a fitness magazine,to know the hard work and dedication has paid of. Accomplishment so far i feel and hearing comments is my Abs,im happy with the symettry of them and definition,but i want more ;).

Well Bro,i ve been fasting for 20 days now as it is holy month of ramadan,m so excited as i will be able 2 hit back the gym in 10 days from now,just cant wait to make love with those weights,by the way wat products are u ordering for,m in search of a product for myself which will help me gain body mass,do u know some good stuff for that?
