When I played sports in high school.
Why I Love It:
Just seeing and feeling my body get stronger! I have slacked off here and there when it comes to my workouts but I do see and feel some changes. I am restricted really on what I can do here st home because I only have a 100lb. weight set. I don't have room here in this little apartment for a 300lb. olympic set. I buy a few weights here and there and I don't really like the gyms around here.

BB Accomplishments:
I went from 245lbs down to 204lbs. I don't know how long it took to get there since I didn't weight myself on the regular.

You know I have been dealt MANY blows these past three years that has slowed and even stopped me from working out and keeping in touch with my friends on here. I apologize for not keeping everyone posted about everything that has been going on but those who know me know that I don't do that...

Diet still need improvement but better than before, getting stronger...and 48 pants feeling loose! So not complaining too much...just need to stick with the cardio! How about you?
