Just seeing and feeling my body get stronger! I have slacked off here and there when it comes to my workouts but I do see and feel some changes. I am restricted really on what I can do here st home because I only have a 100lb. weight set. I don't have room here in this little apartment for a 300lb. olympic set. I buy a few weights here and there and I don't really like the gyms around here.
How I Stay Motivated:
MY KIDS, family and life.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 245lbs down to 204lbs. I don't know how long it took to get there since I didn't weight myself on the regular.
You know I have been dealt MANY blows these past three years that has slowed and even stopped me from working out and keeping in touch with my friends on here. I apologize for not keeping everyone posted about everything that has been going on but those who know me know that I don't do that...

Many times due to a variety of reasons we all fall "out of the groove" and have to start back again and the secret is to put that behind us and focus on the bigger picture which is ourselves. Push yourself to be the best that you can be, no less, no more and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they occur. I wish you luck and success.
