I had a doctor perform a physical this morning so my cardio session was skipped. Blood pressure checked in at 105/60! That is just fantastic! Considering, I was in the 135 range this past January. To all the nay sayers against high fat/high protein lower carbs.
Well, it works. I am a proven testament and once the blood work comes back. I will prove it again. Oh, yeah I did back and biceps today.

People tell me that I am very vein for taking daily progress pictures. Well, today it has finally paid off. As you all know, I have switched back to carb cycling. Over the last few days, I have been concerned about putting on any layers of fat due to the switch from low carb to high carb.
Well, take a look at the current picture. Take a look at the right corner and tell me what you see. *I* see a fold of skin that was not there before. Possibly a layer of fat? I don't know but I am concerned.

I haven't posted a new progress in a few days. Things are going good. Carb cycling is going well (Thanks Joshbme). I am not counting calories anymore. I just keep my carbs to .75 to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. Protein is around 1.25 to 1.50 grams per pound of body weight.

I am still fine tuning things. I want to thank Flcoastie for his support. I was able to get my deadlift up to 300lbs which is quite an accomplishment for me. Goal is 400 by summer.

Bulking is going great. On average I am consuming 300-400 grams of carbs a day. Protein stays around 250-300 and I am eating mixed nuts like crazy. ;) I am not tracking calories at this point.
