Overall Goal: Bulk Up to about 230lbs or so (untill I am happy with my muscle mass) and then cut to about 10% bodyfat. After this I want to maintain my physique at around 10-12% bodyfat and live a long happy life.

How I Started:
I got started working out in 8th grade during basketball season to improve my performence on the court. Now, I have found that I enjoy lifting more than basketball.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is hard work and takes self dedication. Also, I love the pump you get while in the Gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the results I see in the mirror and weight increases I make in the Gym.

Goal (Long):
Pumped to train hard this school year and go back to OCNJ next summer Bigger & Better than Ever!
I started Bodybuilding March 17, 2008 as a 16 year old Sophmore in highschool. At the time, I was 6ft, 160lbs and had experimented with lifting in the past. My initial goals were to eventualy get to be 200lbs (which at the time i thought would be huge) and was not sure how long it would...
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Thanks man, I'm a basketball coach so it is good to see a player not only working on his skills but building your body up for battle on the court. Keep up the hard work man, its worth it in the end.
