How I Started:
I got started working out in 8th grade during basketball season to improve my performence on the court. Now, I have found that I enjoy lifting more than basketball.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is hard work and takes self dedication. Also, I love the pump you get while in the Gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the results I see in the mirror and weight increases I make in the Gym.

I remember the weight that i was pushing the previous week in my head and attempt to do more the next week
