I am rarely working out at the Rec. I use the men's gymnastics facilities in Cooke 302.

Thanks for the comment, I can do 11 handstand pushups using a wall for balance. I can do 0 without a wall.

Thanks for the comment, I don't do / have not done direct biceps work in 5 months.
They're 15" flexed. Maybe someday they'll catch my 16.5" calves.
You're pretty lean.

naader_shah?
I gave him an 8 once on one of his pictures everyone had 10'd. Just because I try to give my ratings a little objectiveness and only 10 the most incredible physiques on here.
He came back like a month later and gave me 8 1's.

What exactly was your brother's challenge?
I know I would never challenge someone to do something they could actually realistically accomplish in the time-frame I give them. Especially if it were my sister lol.

Thanks for the compliment. Haha, whenever I get compliments it's often on something I hardly work on like my arms, chest or abs.

Planches involve putting your hands under your center of gravity and holding yourself off the ground while keeping the core rigid and strong enough to keep your feet off the ground.
The easiest thing to try is the frog position where you don't have to isometrically press your entire weight.

The difference between lifting heavy weights and gymnastic feats like one-handed pull-ups, planches, front levers and presses to handstands are the only way to improve them is through improving ones strength to weight ratio. Relative strength and absolute strength are both important. Relative strength is going to matter when you're accelerating in a sprint or climbing a tree. While absolute strength will matter if you have to carry someone or push a car.

Take care of your legs don't let them get hurt anymore!! Between the knee surgery and that brutal gash it's amazing you got up on stage looking as great as you did but it likely did hurt how good your legs looked. Your physique is top notch please keep it up!

Hey, thanks for the add. I haven't seen you at the Minneapolis Rec center yet. Our schedules must just be out of sync.
