How I Started:
I was a member of my school's varsity sprint team and I liked strength training.
Why I Love It:
I like strength training because you get out exactly what you put in. Your achievements go with you everywhere. And it's a way of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifestyle. Competition. Motivation isn't really an issue. Training better and smarter is.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 20 lean pounds while I was 17. From 135 to 155.
Looking ****ing good.
Building a back where I once used to not have one.
