When I Started: Jan, 2004
How I Started: I was a member of my school's varsity sprint team and I liked strength training.
Why I Love It: I like bodybuilding because it is a activity where you get out exactly what you put in. Also your achievements go with you everywhere.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by switching things up every 4 weeks. I am motivated by seeing progress as well.
BB Accomplishments: Gained 20 lean pounds while I was 16. From 135 to 155.

Started eating lots of vegetables and cut out sweets and junk entirely from my diet. (noticeable results came fast from that change.)

Did push-ups but ate terribly. Lightning obviously meticulously setup to make the best of a neglected physique.  Lightly flexing abs and nothing else. Better diet is paying off.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Weighted Chinup +135lbs.
Goal (Long): Develop a classic physique naturally while eating a vegetarian diet. For my height of 1.7m My Goal is to weigh 80-85kg with low bodyfat. I pretty much am only training for strength currently. A 500 pound squat would be nice.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 1 kg
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

Thanks for the advice. I have decided to keep lifting towards the goal of getting back on stage and that does mean that I will have to add a little bulk weight. I will get on stage again and hopefully even better than last season!
