I was always into athletics, and different types of sports. I ran into my good friend Shane Giese and he got me started on bodybuilding. Due to my history of athletics, bodybuilding came easy to me and i have been accelling quickly in all areas.

How I Stay Motivated:
Dedication is never something that wavers for me. I'm like a machine when it comes to this.
I'm currently at 168 even though alot of people think i'm heavier. I need to bring up my arms chest and calves. My back is the best thing i've got and my quads are shaping up very nicely. I'm trying to model my physique after Phil Heath so, huge arms and huge leggs to over power my torsoe in order to create a cool effect.

I want to GAIN 20 lb
