Started a new lifting routine and started eating right. A little progress already. Can't really see my abs yet, but I'm starting to feel them under there.

The new program and focus on nutrition seem to be helping, but I need to become more consistent with getting enough food throughout the day, especially PWO. My weight hasn't changed much in the last few weeks.

Not much of a change from last month. We'll see what adjusting my diet, changing my program, and starting a journal can do for me in the next month.

I think I'm looking a little more healthy than last month, but I still have yet to see much of an upward trend on the scale. I will do my best to eat right this month to change that.

I've never taken a back photo before. But this gives me another area to look for improvement over time.

Not sure there's any visible progress since last month, but I've seen some slight increases in my numbers over the past month.

First leg pic I've ever taken. Just wanted to see what effect the squats are having. I don't have any before pics, but there's definitely an improvement in the quads. Still a loooong way to go.

I should change the name of my journal to "getting stronger, but not much bigger." :p Every month I seem to say that it's about the same as last month. Still need to change that.
