How I Started:
It was a summer time in Russia - time to show off your body and skin! What a disaster - I could not get into my sexy pink shorts and all my tanks looked too tight on me. Well ... I spent that summer sitting on the beach in my longest skirt andâ... WORKING OUT. Next summer my best girlfriend was extremely jealous of my body :), in a good way, of course. I have been very active since then. LOVE IT!
Why I Love It:
Weight Lifting gives me an incredible energy, confidence and helps me stay present. Running pushes me to forget all big and small problems and be thankful for everything I have. Yoga directs all my energy in a right direction and keeps me concentrated on making my dream a reality.
How I Stay Motivated:

I guess my first trimester is almost over and I feel more energy now. It is very different type of energy, cause when I work out I do everything thorough and slow.

Total Cholesterol: 151 Triglycerides: 54 LDL: 72 HDL: 68 eating "cholesterol" has very little affect on you're total cholesterol. Saturated and Trans fat have more affect on total cholesterol...
