It was a summer time in Russia - time to show off your body and skin! What a disaster - I could not get into my sexy pink shorts and all my tanks looked too tight on me. Well ... I spent that summer sitting on the beach in my longest skirt andΓ’... WORKING OUT. Next summer my best girlfriend was extremely jealous of my body :), in a good way, of course. I have been very active since then. LOVE IT!
Why I Love It:
Weight Lifting gives me an incredible energy, confidence and helps me stay present.
Running pushes me to forget all big and small problems and be thankful for everything I have.

Little Bump in my lower belly! I will be gaining some weigh. Hope to keep my body fat at manageable level.
I guess my first trimester is almost over and I feel more energy now. It is very different type of energy, cause when I work out I do everything thorough and slow.
I Modified my previous version a little and stick to this type of weeks:

Thanks..but I have no recent pics. I have lost 5 lbs sine my avatar :) Thank God. All I know is I have done the best I can with the circumstances in my life. So it doesn't matter where I place.:)
