How I Started:
I have done all this for a while but I am getting back into it to get the 2nd baby weight off.
Why I Love It:
It feels great to feel the muscle sore and being repaired. It is being fully conscious of the whole body. I feel strong and beautiful and like I can do anything. It feels like home to me. Its safe and it is where I can dump all my energy and problems with every weight I pick up and lay down.

I surpassed my goals last time I had a baby and now I want to look and feel even better. I stuck my toe in the water of doing a show before but chickened out and didn't think I would have enough mental persistence to complete the diet. I want shoulders and abs and a tight butt. I want to reverse the balance of my body as I have a pear shape now. I was down to 18% bodyfat before-so let's try for 17%. I would like to do this in 6 months, but to find a balance so I can feel great next summer.
