How I Started:
After I saw the dramatic change in my sister's body from working out..I was inspired to better myself mentally and physically.
Why I Love It:
I love finding out what my body is capable of doing and by working out with my mama or boyfriend, I also get to spend quality time with them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself everyday that I'm worth all this hard work and dedication...and if that fails I am forced into the gym by the above mentioned lovely people.
