In junior high school when i lived in Finland ( where im from) started to take aerobic classes in a local dance studio. After few years i started weight training at the gym. Now im at that phase that i would like to start training for a competition.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me sane!! I love seeing results and improvements. It makes me want more and more!
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals. Watching pics and reading articles and fitness magazines. Training with my husband motivates me the most.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Get a professional to help you get started. To make a good plan and diet plan. I see so many young guys at the gym who obviously have no clue what they are doing. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not enough intensity/weights. Not using a proper diet.
As a former Ontarian and large fan of women's physique competitors I must congratulate you on all of your very hard work. You would bring a very pretty and well built package to the stage and along with those eyes and that smile that would be a hard combination to beat.
