How I Started:
Took a weight training class in high school. Ever since then I've been interested in fitness. But I am now at the point that I feel that I need to use it to improve my health and physical appearance.
Why I Love It:
Once I get into the routine of working out I'm no longer tired, instead I feel rejuvenated and alive. I also honestly get an adrenaline rush from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at before and after pictures of people who went through the same journey that I am now on. Also, reading other peoples success stories and looking at the before and after photos of other individuals that have already accompished their fitness goals.
BB Accomplishments:
None at this time. Although at my peak I could bench 150lbs when I wieghed 120lbs and I was told that was pretty good.

I would like to see what my body would look like at it's full potential.
Goal (Long):
I would like to achieve a fit, firm, and lean body. I would also like to build up my bone density for stronger bones. My endurance level is another goal for me. I would like to build it up, especially in the long distance running (that's my least favorite exersize). Eventually I would like to develope positive lifelong fitness habits that I can pass on to my loved ones around me.

Jamie Eason has a lot of useful info on her BodySpace- she seems to be very professional and informative. Some on here are not as professional. She has a great shape too- not too bulky and harsh.
