When I Started:
How I Started:
I have always been interested in being fit. I've always been thin but I wanted more than that, I wanted a six pack and a lean, muscular physique. So I started doing sit-ups at the age of 12. As I got older I increased and experimented with different excersise routines. The abdominals being my primary focus. Yet I never acheived the definition I was striving for. About 3 months ago, I decided that I would really get serious about gaining muscle and getting that six-pack! I stopped playing beer-pong all night, I stopped eating so much junk food and began using serious weights and cardio on a regular basis. I have always loved the rush I get from excersise and now I am really getting the results I have striving so long for. Greatly due to the advice I have gotten from bodybuilding.com.
Why I Love It:
I am an artist and I love being able to sculpt my own body. I love the energy outlet too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I got into the habit of daily excercise at a young age and I am a very driven individual. When I set my mind to something, I go after it full force. If I don't work out, I feel terrible and antsy, like I need to let the energy out.

I have also been following the advice of Mark McMannis (MuscleHack.com) That was featured on BB.com's front page a few weeks ago. Mark has found that by eating as few carbs as possible during the week (Mon-Fri), he suggests aiming for 30 grams per day, and then indulging in a high carb diet...
Hey friend, thats a real hardcore training through out the week,m sure it does make the difference to you, well friend i ve not been training for past one month or so as i ve been fasting for the holy month of ramadan, now that the fasting month is all about to finish m all geared up to hit bak the gym, just cant wait 4 these 4 days to pass ;)
hi, I see your profile, and I think you have a great motivation. Now I very need a slap to wake me up and go to workout hardly. Please give me some slaps!!:)
Depends on work and other factors. But chest back and legs at least once a week if I can. Abs 4 times a week. triceps, biceps shoulders forearms all at least once a week too. I lift heavy but all lift for reps so my recover time needed is like 3 days to heal fully.
An inch is pretty impressive! I'm doing pretty good. my strength seems to have gone through the past plateau and I don't know what the next plateau is yet. I'll tell you when I find it. How often are you training?
I gotta keep updated so that when you do get that elusive 8 or 10 pack i can say i told ya so...haha you do need to get some new pics up i hope the new bicep training is coming along great. Just dont make me look too bad.
