Come on 2010...

Oh my this past year has been crazy!  I competed in 2 figure competitions and am ready for 2010.  My only problem is that I went over board after the competitions.  I have gained so much weight back it's awful.  How do poeple stay on track year around?  I am having trouble finding that maintance diet and then the holidays snuck up on me.  I have met some many motivating poeple along the way.  I am defnitely thankful for them.  For 2010 I am hoping to maintain a leaness year around.  I think I have an idea how to manage my meals after a competition.&...

Muscular, not SKINNY!

I know this might sound weird but I can't stand to be called skinny.  Muscular is what I prefer.  People all the time are saying look how skinny this girl is, she needs to eat.  No, I don't need to eat the buttery greasy food that you are eating.  I will continue to eat my lean non-greasy, plain food!  It suits me and my body.  All of my friends are skinny, NONE are muscular at all and they don't want that look but I love it!  I want to improve and gain more muscle but I can't do that eating foods that won't help me do that.  BLAH!  I just hate bein...

It was easter yesturday and of course candy gets thrown around.  My son is 18 months old and got TONS of it!  Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay away from it.  I had some, actually alot but I have not had any in weeks.  It was so good but I LOVE sweets so i'm afraid I will want more tomorrow, and the next day, and so on.  Once I cut it from my diet i don't crave it.  How do I stay away from this? I don't know.  I feel bad throwing it out too... maybe I will little by little that way I won't feel so bad... Blah!!!
