csk8er thanks man. weight seems to have stalled for two weeks at 163 but then again im not really looking to lose weight, i just want to lean out. Usually i have 2-3protein shakes through out the day, -4 eggwhites and 1 whole egg for breakfast with either a slice of whole wheat bread or some oatmeal. -2 regular meals :with a cup of whole wheat pasta or black/pinto beans. Chicken, lean ground beef or talapia. ( usually just chicken ) Feb 16, 2011 3:10pm

strongfist36 Ever watched an Olympic gymnastic? There muscels are cut and huge yet they dont life weights. Thats right...no weights. All they do is Cals. I found that doing a (insanely) high amount of cal reps can increase your muscle density and make you appear bigger. For now im just doing push ups. Try to do 250 in the am and 200 before I go to bed. Aug 8, 2010 2:35am
