Had to rearrange my contest plans for the season due to a back injury when I was 15 weeks out from the mid-america. I bounced back quickly, but will not be competing at that show

I am sponsored by scivation, but I was using pretty much all of their products (primaforce/scivation) before I became sponsored. As far as i'm concerned they have the best overall product line on the market.

Hey buddy, I haven't been on here much lately, but I had a chance to do some updating tonight. Been busy with work and with my show that I am promoting: INBF Battle of Blacksburg October 20th Virginia Tech Campus

Just been busy with work (personal training) and hitting the weights hard in the offseason. Working on improving my many weak points before I hit the stage again in a year.

Proper nutrition and cardio. You must create a constant caloric deficit. Caloric expenditure must exceed caloric intake and you need to make wise food choices. Plan your meals based on activity. Space them out throughout the day (eat at least 5 meals a day).

Sorry for the delay on my response...been busy at work. If you don't eat chicken or fish, you're pretty limited on your protein selection. I hope you like eggwhites. The majority of my protein comes from chicken, eggwhites, some fish, 96% ground beef, 99% lean ground turkey or turkey cutlets, tuna and whey

How are you today? I just got home a little while ago from 7 straight personal training appointments. I have one more tonight and then i'll be blasting my back for about 2 hrs. Right now it's time for some relaxation and mental preparation while I spend some quality time with my dogs.

Thanks. I do not always use all of those supplements, but they are all part of my arsenal to be drawn from depending on what stage i'm in (precontest, off-season bulking, off-season cutting, etc.) I am a strong believer that supplements can you burst through plateaus, but only if you're doing everything else right to begin (eating plenty of clean calories, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, busting your a** in the gym, etc).
