Played Ice Hockey (among many other sports) since I was very young and started exercising as a way to build strength & endurance to help my performance as an athlete. I got more and more into training over the years and began to appreciate the ability to manipulate my own physique via training and nutrition. I was introduced to Natural BBing after my freshman year in college. I did my first show, got hooked and have been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. BBing is about about testing the limits of the human body & pushing the threshold. My willingness to endure pain and make sacrifices is my weapon in a battle to defy the limits of my own body. When I step onstage, what I look like is completely dependent upon how hard I worked and how dedicated I was in preparing. It's all up to you and you're the only one who can attain success for yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday is an opportunity that only exists once, after which an advantage is either gained or lost
My competitors are out there somewhere training and I will not be outworked or they will beat me

Take my physique to the next level and ultimately challenge the limits of my body.
Relentless pursuit of excellence!
Goal (Long):
My lifelong challenge is to see how far I can take my physique … maximizing muscle mass, shape, definition and symmetry while minimizing subcutaneous fat and water to look as close to perfect as possible for a single day … an event in which I am compared to others trying to do the same thing...and to do so without the use of performance enhancing drugs/steriods, etc. I look to maximize every moment of every day to make myself better. Every meal, every workout, every hour of sleep makes an impact in the big picture.
Every day I step foot in the gym is an opportunity that I must capitalize or else my competitors gain an advantage over me
Well, it's been awhile since I posted on here, so I just figured I'd update my status. I'm now less than 9 weeks out from my first show of the season, WNBF Mid-America. I'm pretty damn excited, having been away from the stage for 2 yrs. Took some progress pics this past Saturday at the 9 week...

Hi there i was just wondering, in your workouts ive seen you do smith machine box squats. Ive read that the smith machine is bad? Ive just started doing the WS4SB program and it requires box squats. At my gym we only have a smith machine. What do you think?

Whitacre told me that you may be competing at the Pro America up in my neck of the woods. That true? I will be there judging (the ams at least). Stop by and say hi bro.
I watched some of your w/o videos.
Thanks!
By watching you, I now know how far to go down for chest press, and I am inspired to do box-squats!
I am happy to know that we do the same kind of T-Bar Rows.
Thanks a lot for posting the videos.
You've Greatly Inspired Me!!
Best of everything to you in the new year!!
