I lost about 80lbs from my junior year in high school to my senior year. So I could do a Thai Boxing Fight.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to do what 99% of people who work out ly about being able to do!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion one day keeps me motivated.
