I always loved being active wether it was in the dojo, at the beach, or at the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a REALLY good work out
How I Stay Motivated:
I was injured for about a year, and was unable to do much of anything, so need less to say I gain some weight and my muscle mass went down

While I was injured I was unable to workout or train in martial arts. Then As soon as was at about 50%, I started school. So I worked full time and went to school full time. Now, I graduated,I'm at about 90%, and work in a gym, so I have no excuse not to workourt

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me, most of the barbell exercises.
My main reason is because I workout late at night so there aren't to many people in the gym to spot me.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

Ok, so if my calculations are correct, if its 6 at night here in Japan, its probally something its something like 5 in the morning back in Florida.

well my top 5 would be glutamine, creatine, whey protein, flax seed oil and multivitamins. take glutamine and creatine and protein after workin' out.
