thanks man, i appreciate the comment, yea i lost a lot of wieght recently, half on purpose and half i was working really long days and weeks for about half the summer and wasnt able to eat as much, u lookin lean and solid tho man

hey man, unfortunately i dont have much good advise for bench max, i never really max out and i usually dont even go that heavy, cuz im more interested in trying to get a good pump then go for all out strength, but just low rep high wieght and some forced reps or negatives if you have a good strong training partner is my best advise

hey man, its been pretty good, but on a little weight this weekend cuz of mardi gras, but im gettin back to it today, before that i was leanin out real good, so im lookin forward to what the next few weeks will show, ima try and add some new pics soon, how u been doin?

whats up man, how u been? i was wonderin if there are any special chest exercises u do to get your chest to touch in the middle, cuz nomatter what i do i have gap between my two pecs. i heard flys are supposed to help with that but i do a lot of flys on chest day and havent seen any results

hey man hows it goin, i was wonderin if u know of any ab workouts that specifically help u get separation in the middle of ur abs, cuz even now that i am getting leaner, i cant get any separation in the middle.

thanks man, i dont think i do anything special for back, just heavy rows i guess, i mean sometimes i can work up to a set of bent over rows with 275, but all for the most part all i do is some bent over rows, cable rows, and then some lat exercises, etc. hope that helps

thanks man, back workout is pretty standard i think, bent over rows with pretty heavy weight, lat pulldowns (sometimes close, sometimes wide or underhand, etc), cable rows, etc. cant really think of anythin that i do special

330 would be massive, i can barely get over 200, but i wanna get to like 220 by the end of winter, no i dont have any competitions lined up, i dont see myself near being ready to step on stage anytime soon, i still have a lot of work to do first. what about u?

hey man, not that great actually, since i have started bulking, i havent gained any weight but i have noticed that i am not as lean anymore, so i dont know what is goin on. I guess i just have to try to eat clean while trying to eat a lot u know. hows ur training going?

thanks man, i just was tired of tryin to lean out, so i started just eating more again, but this time im trying to do cardio and abs so hopefully i shouldnt get sloppy, prob try and get to 210, then cut it back to about 200 solid
