How I Started: I used to be really fat when i was young, then I lost a lot of weight and was real skinny and small throughout most of highschool. When I got to college I got really focused with my training and have been lifting seriously for over three years now, I love it.
Why I Love It: The Pump, and the way you feel after you get that weight off your chest.
How I Stay Motivated: Always Progressing, the looks you get, and I want to find a small local show in the next few months and get in the best shape of my life and see if I have a future in the sport of if its just for recreation.
BB Accomplishments: Getting asked for workout tips everywhere i go and having people always walk up to me and say "whats up, i see you working out all the time"

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12, i am training mostly for size, not strength, i dont think that doing higher reps will get me more ripped

1-3 minutes, i want to be able to rest but still get out of the gym before it closes.

Arms are my favorite. Generally, I warm up with 4 sets of cable curls, supersetting with pushdowns, dumbbell curls, supersetting with skull crushers, then finish off with heavy concentration curls. Builds wild bis and tris. Yours look fantastic, btw.

Just thought with the extra pounds you probably look lots bigger now. That back is a masterpiece. My bis are very stubborn and I'm trying to punish them so they grow. Not much luck though.
