right now I hit cardio about 3 times a week.

Recently changed removed wt gainer
Upon Waking: 25 G whey shake
Breakfast: 6 Egg white Omelet, 2 slices low car bread
MidMorning: 25G shake, 1 can tuna
Lunch: Large Salad with 10oz chicken
MidAfternoon: 1 Can Tuna, 25g Shake
GYM: Post work out shake 40 G Protein
Dinner: 8-10oz chicken, grd turkey or lean meat with steamed vegeis

keep going back and forth trying to shed the gut....need to put mass on, got some injuries that slow me down...just looking for a good diet/routine for mass for now
