How I Started: I gained 14 pounds in 6 months, and decided its time to do somthing about it. As well as I always feel so much better when I´m in shape, so I just want another happy feeling in my life.

So....

The past few days I have been eating quite a bit...and it hasent been the best of Choices.

Everyday I have had Fire cooked cheese...with manjoka...(which is a type of Potaeto!!! ugh!)

I can see that i gained a bit of weight from it, and I´m slightly stressed over it.

I need...

yea, no problem. Its hard to start this thing, but yea.. when i first discovered BB.com, its like caveman discovering fire for the 1st time. Good work on ur progress so far. keep ur focus.

hey doll! you're so young and have plenty of time to catch up. it's good that you have realistic goals though. the worst thing you can do is stress. make sure you eat healthy and do cheat once in a while, so you don't miss out on all the good things in life! good luck to you!!
