I want to lose 20 pounds and gain muscle so i can look and feel good.
Goal (Long):
For 31 years i was in very good shape,thanks to boxing and martial arts. But the last 3 years have not been that way, i been working long hours and been lazy on the weekends. But all that change last month, now i'm working out and taking better care of myself. Now my goal: I want to lose weight and body fat. I will work hard to have that nice "V" shape body along with a six pack, lean muscle and be healthy.

I want to LOSE 20 lb

Hi, am new here and very happy that i found this site. To see so many people looking great has given me that extra inspiration to workout harder. I been working out and eating healthy for about 2 months now, i want to loose some body fat especialy in the abs. I been doing 4 set of 15 reps...
Thanks for the encouragement man. I needed it. Not that I am not motivated on my own, but I am not seeing the changes as quickly as I hoped and of course I am probably more critical of myself than others. I have added cardio back in and hoping to cut off some more of that belly.
I made it to 195. That is about what I thought I could do. We were talking 4 weeks and about 12 pounds to get to 200. I didn't want to bulk up the wrong way. I will be posting pics at some point tonight or tomorrow, stop by and see what you think.
oh man, it was heaven. i've been eating leftovers for days. no going hungry at this time of year. that's enough to be thankful for. how was your holiday?
