How I Started:
I've worked out sporadically for about 5 years now. I used to be a member of 24 Hour Fitness, but switched to the YMCA so I would have a workout buddy, but she bailed :( Anyway, I did MMA for a few months in 2007. I have since met with a personal trainer and I am on my way to finally being who I want to be.
Why I Love It:
If it were such a "loveable" thing, everyone would be fit. It's not loveable, it's hard work... but it makes you feel a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the gradual changes in my body makes me want to keep pushing harder and harder... and besides that, noriods4me is my hero even though he can't spell. I'm sure even Batman had to use spell check once in awhile.
