I started out just wanting to lose weight, and have a healthier life. Then I started working with a couple of trainers and learned that I had more strength then I ever knew of. So I decided to start focusing on cardio and lifting. I lift for upper body twice a week, lower body twice a week, still getting forty minutes to an hour of cardio in everyday. Then intense cardio the other two days and I take Sundays off, usually. I've been doing this for past seven months and I am starting to see the lines in my muscles. My legs, my chest, and my arms. I feel stronger and I am lifting at least twenty to thirty pounds more now then when I first started. I want to lose the fat and gain more and more muscle as I continue.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I am losing weight, seeing the results of my hard work, and shaping my body. I cant start my day or end my day unless I've been to the gym and have done my workout. I look forward to working out everyday. I look forward to seeing how I will look in another seven months from now or a year. It gives me my motivation to keep working.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the results I've already made thus far. Support and encouragment form my friend and my family. But for me, personally it's all in my mind. It's me who gets up and does it everyday. It's my will to transform my body that keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I started out weighing 287 pounds, I had no shape to my body and no definition. Now I weight 212 and my body has shape, I can see the definition of my muscle in my arms, my legs and my chest. I feel better then I have ever felt in my whole life.

This member has worked so hard, achieved so much, and looks great! She inspires me to work hard everyday, and work towards my own goals. I train hard, I eat right, and overall I am starting to look a lot more defined.

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
