The Challenge consists of Obsticle course,Fitness skills(bench press benching 60% of your body weight,Shuttle Run,Box Jumps)and Phisique&Grace show. I lost 62lbs and weighed in @ 140lbs. :)
Why I Love It:
I love training hard @ the gym because it feels so good to do something great and healthy for my body. You only get one so you mind as well take good care of it! I love the gym atmosphere exspecially Gold's Gym...I love the old style of training.

I started Training hard March 22,09 at a weight of 202lbs.(5'6")I decided to compete in the Womem's Tri Fitness Challenge in July. So I had some major weight loss to drop! July came and I weighed in @ 140lbs. I dropped 62lbs! I did my best in the Challenge which consists of Obsticle Course, Fitness Skills(Bench press,Box Jumps,Shuttle Run),& Physique&Grace.
I ran the Obsticle Course in 84 Seconds.
For Bench Press you had to bench 60% of your body weight and had to do as many reps as you can the max was 50! I benched 85lbs and pulled 38 reps! :)
Box Jumps you had to jump 50x in your best time. I did 50 jumps in 59 seconds!
Shuttle Run I did in 48 seconds.

Hey I have a quick posing question I was hoping you could answer...when I show my back my shoulder blades stick out like chicken wings and I am having difficulty figuring out how to fix it. I kinda got it but I can't fully spread my lats and keep them in. Help? Please?! :)
lol...yeah, the 9 to fiver is a lot better than getting up that early to watch others workout. My girlfriend in college worked at a Golds and did the same thing, so I feel your pain...kind of.
As for the working out at 5...I'M JAZZED UP and ready to bolt outta here as well.
Peace out, Ang.
Keep it real and kill whitey.
I know, it's tough as hell trying to keep in shape around this time of year. Thanksgiving, then Christmas and New Years. Of course by New Years you're ready to put down the fork and hit the gym. haha
Goals are going good though. How about you?
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the body that so many women dream of having but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievements. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, including me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
well i had a red heeler.... but i only get to see every now and then.. i got him when i was with my ex girlfriend.. and we split... but hes old now, doesnt give much effort anymore.. but i still let him win.. cant bear the thought of what he would feel like if i started out run him... and how is your training going
Keep up the great work girl! We all get to a point when we say, enough is enough, in the same boat as you, let myself go a little this summer and now I have to work to get back into the body I want! Keep it rockin'!
Hey, yep, you should do that, 202, and you look like this now, that is truely amazing..Keep doing what you are..You could be a great motivator for people:D
Steve...ps..let me know if you get them up, I want to see ..
