The old me Chest shoulder
This is Christmas 2003. I don't have an actual date but a couple of months later I made that mind connection, started telling myself the truth and stopped eating crap :)
My main goal since last progress pics has been to lose fat and I thought that would equates to some 'weight' loss. I've kept my training intensity high and heavy, my cals in deficit and healthy fats. Body fat is DOWN - woot! but get this, weight is the same, lean mass is UP. All good. Still looking for increase in definition but shape is coming!

One month since last pics. Noticing chest development, shoulder and bi/tri increases. Weight staying consistant.

Love training shoulders. Been working side and rear delts more. IRL have noticed some definate shape change... not so sure it shows in photo :)

About 5 weeks since last pic. Started losing scale weight again and getting positive comments from people at the gym noticing changes. Again, thought the photo might show more progress - hard to compare my own photos objectively.

Noticing some rear delt and bicep development and overall increase in leaness. Slowly but surely!

Approx two months since last progress pic - I'm down about 2.5kg (5.5lbs) since then. Reading these pictures is tricky! I like the middle back development.

Hmmm so smaller in my clothes (though not in my quads!), I think I look bigger in that back pic looking at them side to side yet I know I'm at the leanest I've been (not lightest - up 1.9kg on my lowest).
