How I Started:
Fitness and training is nothing to me, I have always had it in my life I grew up dancing in Ballet, Tap, baton, I was into gymnastics for years and I really got into weight training and running. As a teen my best friend was Bodybuilding professionally. He would compete in Venice,CA. And we would always train and create all these obstalce courses and compete against each other. I loved it. Then I was faced with sme real major life issues and instead of turning to training as my outlet I just lost myself. Now years later at 32 Im realizing I need this healthy, fit lifestyle more than ever. I read Oxygen magazine and have purchsed all of Tosca Reno's Eat-Clean Series. Im 100% dedicated to taking care of myself again. I have simply beome sick and tired of being sick and tired and theres nothing like failure to kick your ass in gear again.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because sometimes in life you feel like you lose control, my body and my diet are things I can always control!! I love that!! I also love the stress relief.WOW! it all falls away through your pores and drips down my body in pools of sweat. Im not just working out but working out stress, and other unhealthy issues where I abandon worrisome thoughts for at least an hour a day and It NEVER fails to get me through tough times. No better story!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to focus on becoming a fitness athlete again. I just think of how awful I feel and look and behave when I don't take care of myself. I HATE it! As the saying goes some things get better with age, well I want that to be me!
BB Accomplishments:
Refocusing on my priorites. I never include taking extra special care of myself and that is what Im doing now and I feel so amazing doing it. So waking up is a major accomplishment for me.

Goal (Long):
Im going to be 33 this year and for years I have promised this is the year. Well life has always gotten in my way. I am changing my lifestyle Physically, Mentally and Spirtiually this is a daily goal theres no end date, I have realized I have to wake up everyday and change. I am studying Nutrition, I am becoming a ACE trainer and plan to adv. with higher and higher certifications. I am dedicated to clean eating and I plan to help others but first Ihave to help myself.My problem is I have never realized I cannot be the best me or live my best life if Im fat, unfit and fueling my body with junk. I not getting younger and I hate the way I feel and look and Im sick and tired of it. So Im taking this year and making a turn around a Lifestyle Intervention through Exercise and Nutrition.

I enjoyed reading your profile page. I think you are very motivated to change and that is inspiring. I want to feel that way too! I started the new year eating very clean, and then had a slight lapse... so now it is back on track. Why is it so difficult to maintain a clean diet? Thanks for the motivation!
