Background
I was ill last year. I almost lost my life and was just about doomed to being sick for the rest of my life but God gave me another chance to do this right. I will not settle for poor health it's all up to me and I know I can do this. So I joined a gym & bb.com, subscribed to Oxygen mag and Eat Clean. Invested in a few great fitness books and decided to educate myself and get in the best shape and health of my life then pay it forward. Life is to short and too fragile to half step. It's simply my time to get it together and live my best life.
I love the way I feel after I workout. I feel fresh and ready to face anything. It sets the tone for a healthy happy day no matter how many things may go wrong or just how crappy it may actually turn out to be. I know at least I did one thing right. I gave 100% in the Gym.
