I played football my senior year in highschool, but was injured before the first game. I started hitting the gym and I was instantly addicted. It's become my obsession.
Why I Love It:
Everything. The look, the feel, the excellence from it. I love seeing what I became and what I can become.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and want more. They say the more you train, the more people there are weaker than you.
BB Accomplishments:
About 40 pounds of muscle in a year. Bench 50 pounds over bodyweight, trying for 100.

135-140?
Not sure the weight, but almost no definition or muscle weight.
I've grown up having to be nothing less than perfect. One of the most important things that one must focus on is physical appearance. Plus, I hope to one day become a fitness model.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't mind, unless it's totally unecessary. I do it, especially with power lifts.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I usually wear sweat pants and an undershirt or anything sleeveless. I don't often wear shorts because my biggest downfall is my legs. Days that I do cardio I have a shirt plus thick hoodie to help sweat off fat.I usually wear sweat pants and an undershirt or anything sleeveless. What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Actually, I haven't came across anyone at my gym I don't like, but I hate anti-social people who stare others down.

The difference between lifting heavy weights and gymnastic feats like one-handed pull-ups, planches, front levers and presses to handstands are the only way to improve them is through improving ones strength to weight ratio. Relative strength and absolute strength are both important. Relative strength is going to matter when you're accelerating in a sprint or climbing a tree. While absolute strength will matter if you have to carry someone or push a car.
everything is great! I start my cutting diet today so i'm ready to get some progress going on. Just don't want to lose too much weight ;) How are things going with you?
